DISCIPLINE....the key to live a healthy life!!

That's right...discipline can sail you through
a healthy life!! In life we may face rough seas, but you can learn to decrease the impact on your health and ONLY will -power
and DISCIPLINE can councel you.

HABITS: You need to trim  yourself. They say "habits die hard"....but if there's a will ..
there's a way!!  Many folks love hard drinks and many are addicted to it..Here's where you need to dicipline yourself..The urge to drink must be trimmed. Too much alcohol is a killer!..Health goes for a toss ...it harms your liver...gives you hangovers...headaches
...why not dicipline yourself?? 
SMOKING is another deadly habit. The net results are lung disorders ..cancer and damage to your throat and wind pipe. The addicted ones enjoy their puff..but do they realize the long term effects?? ...no way.
You need a strong will power to nab the urge to stop your puffs...This is where you need to adopt discipline for a healthy life.



LIFE STYLE: This is another area where you need to monitor your health. SLEEP is an essential part of your routine. A good sleep enhances your moods and takes care of your well being. Lack of sleep can cause an imbalance in your daily schedule. You will feel groggy and unwell and have mood swings...DISCIPLINE yourself. Sleep on time and follow your routine. Normally your body is happy if you try to sleep at a regular time daily....If 10 pm is your schedule...then switch yourself off!!!  Our body is like a time clock....the brain sends signals that you need to sleep on time....the effects?? You wake up feeling GREAT!!! Too many late nights  will show on your face..Dark circles,
swollen eyes, heavy head....and a sunken look!! Follow a disciplined pattern of early early to bed and early to rise!! Our grand-
parents used to "Sleep with the birds' and rise at the early tweet."...What discipline!!!


ROUTINE: Again a very important factor to keep you going. Most important are your meals and the time factor.  Eat on time and eat less!! Gorging on food will make you obese and stuffed. Do you live to eat or ..eat to live ??  The healthy way is eat to live..
Stuffing food will only make you grow sideways!! Weight gain will put a load on your body. It will cause 'OBESITY', the mother of umpteen health issues..so discipline is the core habit to solve many issues !! Go for your regular exercise and walks each day. I gave up my walks for over a year till I realized the negative effects. My calf muscles became stiff . I had to force myself to trudge and get back to normal.  It was a heavy task to force my torso to move....I hated walking...but that gave my health a knock. I decided to go into action come what may!!! ...and now I'm back on my routine....this is discipline!!!!



TICK-TOCK....life is like a clock!! Managing your time will help you to a great extent. We
are living in the fast time zone...learn to manage your schedules on a timely basis. Kids grow up so fast  ..at the end of each year they suddenly look so OVERGROWN.
Teach them to adopt DISCIPLINE at a tender
age. It will surely keep them sailing through their lives smoothly..At a raw age kids pick habits  faster and learn to live a disciplined life.



Make DISCIPLINE a habit!! ....a routine and follow it sincerely. It's not difficult ...Time does not stop for anyone...but taking timely
action is in our hands..so....BE DISCIPLINED
..STAY DISCIPLINED!!!....Health is in your hands.
