CEREAL WARNING
If you care at all about your body and health, I'm sure you will avoid sugary cereals like flakes with sugar frosting, fruity sugar cereals with artificial colours, the wheat biscuits or the marshmallow cereals that so many parents are poisoning their kids with these days. Most of the breakfast cereals are marked heavily as "heart healthy"....."Rich in fiber"....and a good source of vitamins and minerals....but sad!!!. nothing could be further from the TRUTH....
Most of these daily consumption of cereals can cause diabetes...excess body fat ..cancer and faster aging in your body.....One of the WORST things about most cereals even WHOLE GRAIN......all cause a significant spike in your blood sugar...( regardless of whether they are wheat..rice...or corn based)..the starches in wheat ..corn or a bowl of rice cereal break down into sugar in your body and do harm to your blood sugar regulation system..Those massive spikes in your blood sugar damage your cellsthrough a process called "glycation"..
which accelerates the rate of aging in your joints....skin....organs and brain....If you want to look younger .....cereals are NOT helping you..

Vitamins and minerals in most cereals are not naturally occuring ,but rather synthetically added which are harmful in some cases..crunching your way to diabetes and belly fat every morning??? The more you eat cereals the more you stress your your pancreas and other organs involved in controlling sugar.Actually your insulin
sensitivity suffers leading to diabetese 2..Not only that ...causing high insulin levels in your body every morning by eating cereals triggers your body to store body fat.
MORE BAD NEWS ABOUT CEREALS:...
Any cereal with wheat ingredients in them can cause gut inflammation and cause long term damage. The corn based cereals or rice based aren't much better!! Cereals cause cravings for more carbs and later in day , leading to excess calories.
Egg breakfast are proven to control your appetite while cereal breakfast are proven to increase appetite.
Try a bowl of full fat organic yogurt and add some fresh berries....nuts such as almonds or pecans..Another combination is eggs...veggies.....avacado and even organic breakfast meat.
Three reasons why you should never eat wheat....even whole wheat...
1) Wheat causes blood sugar disruption...
GLYCATION of your cells ....increases aging ..weight gain and boosts diabetes risk.

The so called healthy foods that are causing you to gain body fat...have been deceived by clever food labels....
So folks...adopt a healthy food style...stay away from wheat products...HOWEVER TEMPTING THEY MAY APPEAR....It's wiser to avoid health symptoms which can cause life time problems.....
