KNEE JOINT PAIN....EASY METHODS TO CURE..

It's a real PAIN!! AN UNBEARABLE AGONY WITH ENDLESS MISERY..Very recently I had
a knee problem which I cured on my own!!! NO visiting any Doctor!!

I am sharing this experience with all of you
hoping you follow my tips and regain a painless knee. Many of us face this problem at any age....young or old. Basically it is an old age
related problem....but can occur at any stage of life.


I started a sudden pain in my right knee which
suddenly disabled me. I could hardly walk!!!
Ohhh!! The pain was unbearable....most of the
time I was limping...my morning  walks came to a standstill. Yet, I NEVER gave up. What could be the reason?? I wondered if I had unknowingly hurt myself..Was it due to a jerk while walking?? Why one knee only?? Could
it be the aging factor ?? I'm sure I've not reached that stage!!!

I consulted a chemist who advised me to take
vitamin D tablets with vitamin D3.I did start the vitamin doses,  but searched for the cure
which could cure me permanently..I read a lot
of health adds on Pinterest and came across one !!!!!


I read about ICE THERAPY....by applying ice cubes on the knee would eliminate the pain or
swelling. So I decided to give it a try. Also Heat
Therapy can help...but  I opted for ice instead.
I was supposed to wrap ice cubes in a small towel and gently rub over the knee . I decided to rub ice directly on the right knee. The area
that pained was around  the knee , so I rubbed
ice gently for 15 minutes at a go.....Amazingly I
felt better within a short span. Rubbing ice cubes became a habit with me!!

Now I could walk better and the pain had eased. I took up my morning walks again and
that helped to get back into action. I also spent 15 minutes each morning to sit in the sun and
let my body soak all the natural vitamin D....

Walking helps to mobilise the bone movement.
You must make it a habit to walk daily....at least
30 minutes. The  blood ciculation improves after the walk.....muscles gear up to bear the
body weight..The ice therapy really helped!!!
Also, never put stress on the knee. If it pains again, relax or sit on a bench....take a break
..that will really help.

everyone to adopt this great emotion!! No matter how ill or disturbed you are...your positivity can sail you through the troubled waters. Your brain works by your emotions!!

problems.One of the painful and troublesome

There are other ways to combat inflammation..
Recently I had started aches and pains in my legs. Around the ankles, knees and thighs. These symtoms alerted me!! Something going wrong in my bones or muscles. I had been a regular morning walker....but  for 2 months just could not get the time. That's when I felt the body signals. Never ignore the signals..take
action!! I read some articles on tumeric and it's benefits..so it was immediate action!!

MAKE OUTDOOR ACTIVITY YOUR DAILY 
                  PRIORITY...

Whether you are young, middle aged or old...
discount the age factor. We all need outdoor activity for many reasons. Shed your laziness and negativity..Go out in the park and spend an hour  or so.The benefits of outdoor games, walks and sun bathing are sooooo GREAT AND LIMITLESS!!!!..READ AHEAD TO LEARN ALL THE BENEFITS.


We all need VITAMIN D for our bones. Nothing can be better than the bright sun!!!! The early morning sunlight (between 7a.m. and 9a.m.) is the best. Go and jog or walk in a
garden or open space..bask in the sun. In India we get abundant of sunlight but not in the northern or southern 😎zones. The moment the sun rays fall on your body, the formation of vitamin D takes place!!! You don't have to pop those branded pills...they could all be synthetic

...Why not consider outdoor  activitie?? Outdoors is full of fresh Oxygen under the trees...Treadmill is similar to walking indoors...
Try your exercises outdoors...You will really feel the difference. Also you may come across old friends and get  to spend quality time..


WHY NOT FORM A ' WALKING CLUB'???
You can tie up some likeminded friends and motivate them to walk morning and  evening...
Carry your mats and spend extra time to do YOGA...even simple exercises will tone up your
body!! In my area,  each morning a group of ladies do a round of exercises. The leader guides them. ..A simple good way to be healthy
and be motivated...If nothing else, sitting under the sunlight, creates enough vitamin D
for you!!! It's all FREE...FREE.


WHO DOES NOT WANT TO LIVE LONGER AND STRONGER??? 
I am sure we all do. If  it is laziness preventing you from a daily routine of walks...CHANGE YOUR  MINDSET!! I personally gave up walking
for over 2 months last year end (it was toooo cold) and again early this year ( my domestic help had gone home) THAT WAS A BLUNDER!!
I FORCED MYSELF TO TAKE UP WALKING. MY LEGS WERE JAMMED...I WAS LIMPING WITH PAINS IN THE THIGHS AND FEET..THE WALKS HELPED ME TO GET MOVING ON MY FEET!!! I realized how important HEALTH means to us
.....SO WAKE UP FOLKS AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF. WALKS NEED NOT BE SWIFT
( I crawl....it's more like a stroll) but the  sunlight  is awesome!!! My vitamin D quota is replaced ...FREE OF COST!!!!πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜†

WHY DO ADULTS AND KIDS SLIP ON THE 
                         FLOORS????

Have you seen or heard of old people slipping and  falling on the ground?..even kids going
for toss...and BANG!!! ...they go slipping head over  heels!!! They can land up breaking a bone or have a muscle rupture. The slipping
damages can be very grave!!! You may become
bed ridden with a plaster around your limbs or
bandages bound on your broken areas.


THERE CAN BE NUMEROUS REASONS FOR A 
SLIP...A FALL THAT OCCURS SUDDENLY AS YOU LOSE YOUR BALANCE..

1. FAULTY SHOES. 
    Wearing  faulty  shoes can be the  cause of
     many a slip. Your slipper or  shoes should be
     sturdy with a solid  grip. The sole of your
     foot wear should be non slippery. Also worn
     out soles can make you go for a toss!!! Take
     care while buying  a new pair when the  old
     one wears out. Wearing high heels can be
     the reason behind a trip and slip!!!


2. SLIPPERY TILES..
     There is a variety of tiles in the market. Do
      observe the tiles you walk on. The non
     slippery have a jagged  or a rough look.
     Your foot will not skid on the rough tile. The
      slippery tiles have a smooth, shiny look.
      Tread very carefully on  these tiles or you
      can skid and hurt yourself badly!!!

   

3. LOOSE CLOTHING IS NOT SAFE..
     Many elders wear loose nightwear or gowns
     This is very dangerous!! Loose pyjamas can
     entangle your foot or toes.....there you go
     headlong hitting the floor!! Why can't such
     nightwear be avoided?? Long sleeves and
     lenghty clothes can  cause problems in the
     kitchen also. Be extra cautious. An elderly
     relation  of ours used to wear a 'LOONGI'
     always. Loongi is a South Indian attire...a
     lengthy piece of cloth wrapped waist down
     -wards. It has no shape and is open and
     loose at the base...ideal style to get your foot
     entangled in it. We had warned him to avoid
     wearing it, but it only  settled in his mind
     after he  slipped in the washroom and
     landed up in the hospital with a severe head
     injury. Let this NOT happen in your family.

4. FLOORS CAN BE SLIPPERY IN MANY 
     WAYS. 

     Bathroom floors  should never be wet. The
     floor should  be mopped daily so it's safe to
      tread on. Soapy bath water should be wiped
      out thoroughly. Some folks love an oil bath
      or a oil massage on the head  and body..this
      oil, during your bath can collect on the
      floor, making it a death ground!!! Just a fall
      can be life threatening!! Make sure the
      floor is spotless after a bath. Place plastic
      non slippery mats on the floor. These mats
      stick to the ground and there is no chance
      to slip and fall. The side walls should be
      fitted with rods for safety. A comfortable
      stool or chair should be placed for seniors
      to balance themselves lest they fall. Utmost
      care must be taken for senior citizens. After
      a certain age they become too frail to stand
      without a support. Also, the bones become
      so brittle that just a LITTLE fall can become
      a BIG problem...Take great care of seniors
      as bone damage can take long to heal....all
      these are old age related problems..
