MIRROR...MIRROR ON THE WALL , WHO IS
THE FAIREST AMONGST US ALL ??

MIRRORS DON'T LIE !!! They reflect the true image of yours...as YOU are, what YOU are, how YOU are. Even if you feel young or look
young....BUTTTT, when you look in the mirror, your true image is right in front of you.

AGE does NOT spare anybody. As the years go fast  forward (time just fleets !!) our mirror is like our true portrait...each new line showing,
hair strands turning white, eyes  puffy and sagging, skin looking dull...etc. etc. We can't  prevent the changes but surely you can tackle them. Have we ever wondered that the world is FULLL of countless souls, all having ears, eyes, noses, teeth...but, no one looks alike !! It's
God's unique creation. I, being an artist, also paint, but  the thought remains unsolved. Why are we not similar in looks ?? Excepting twins,
all humans look so different. At birth we are blessed with genetic features and as we age the physical features keep changing. Some people still look graceful as they age, but there are others  who look so worn out and different. Can we slow down this process ??? Yes, ..not difficult but possible. I'll  show you the way with my own experiences.

"DISCIPLINE" IS THE KEY WORD TO A YOUTHFUL YOU...

1. A good health is very essential. You have to workout on your body areas. These days to have health issues like high/low BP or diabetes
is  common. Keep these issues under control.
If neglected, can take a toll of your body. Go for regular walks, do yoga and deep breathing
Supply of pure oxygen does wonders to your skin.

2. Skin is our largest organ of the body. Take good care of it and it will take care of your physical appereance. Use simple home made
potions to keep your skin supple and glowing. A mixture of rose water, glycerine and little lemon juice stored in a bottle does miracles. My mother always rubbed her hands, feet and arms with this liquid. Skin on our hands and feet crumple up faster  as we age!!  Keep caring by using creams and moisturisers to delay wrinkles and shrinkage.

3.Greying hair tells age !! Take care of your hair by keeping it clean and oil free. My mother used to say that never let sweat remain in your hair for long. Sweat has salt content in it, which whitens your hair fast...shampoo it off!!
If your  hair is dull and droopy, try a warm oil massage overnite. Use coconut oil and wash it off next day. My mother used to slurrrp sooo
much of oil on my head during my school days
that used to keep me upset. Now when I think of it.....has been a blessing in disguise!!!! Never
dye your hair. Once you get started, it will be forever. The dye chemicals harm your strands
and the rest of your scalp shows hair  turning
white..What is the way out?  Use henna which is mixed with coffee and tea leaves water. Apply henna regularly so it blends well with each strand. The deep chocolate colour looks natural and the hair gets back it's bounce . But
remember, be regular with henna applicatio as each shampoo erodes the brown tint. Texture of your hair is genetic. If your mother has thick growth and a deep texture, you will also inherit this blessing!! Worry also tends to grey the hair..Only you can control your nature. Worrying is NOT going to solve your problem..
so why worry  at alllll!!

4. Pay special attention to your diet. Eat plenty of greens and fruits. Avoid red meat as it has high fat which raises cholestoral. Consume milk daily. It has calcium which is essential for your bones. Almonds, nuts and oats make a healthy diet. Eat on regular timings and in small intervals. Water intake is the MOST IMPORTANT rule....make it your priority daily.
Water cleanses your system and prevents lots
of health problems.

5. Want to keep a sparkle in your eyes?? Sprinkle fresh , clean water in your eyes. If possible , cold water. If you are stuck to your computer for long hours, take a break. Eyes need rest  also.

6. Your teeth need attention too. Brush them  twice daily. Use a good brand of toothpaste. I use a herbal toothpaste and can swear by it.
It keeps all tooth problems away. Try the Baba Ramdev toothpastes...DANT KANTI...it's better than the rest!! There can be no other better way to keep your smile in tact....(one of the old age woes) .

7. Last of all, keep a positive attitude in life. If you remain negative, all the health problems will engulf you....don't let that happen ever!!
   STAY HAPPY STAY BLESSED...
Happiness is a tonic to boost your health.
