    HEALTHY , WEALTHY AND WISE !!!!!

If you are healthy,  then you'll be wealthy....
because you will be able to remain active and
earn your wealth.....so be wise and look after your own self !!!
The body is made up of 5 elements of nature
Earth , water, fire , air and space. To strike a right  balance between nature and your body
take plenty of pure water , do deep breathing exercises  ..inhale and exhale to fill your air bags with plenty of fresh oxygen. Yoga is veey popular these days as it helps your body to relax and erase the back breaking pains in your joints. Pay special attention to your food and diet. A well balanced diet is a MUST.!!  Diet
takes care of your minerals and vitamins supplements for your body. Last but not the least, take proper rest so you  feel and look like the jumping Jack !! ....full of beans.!!!


PURE WATER.....make sure you drink plenty of pure water..It is life !!!! Water removes toxins  and waste products from your system .Water is also beneficial for your temperature regulatory metabolism system.
Oxygen is the most important need of our body. You can live without water for few days but not air....our oxygen supply is crucial !!
Every cell in our body requires Oxygen. The air around should be pure and the best air quality is early morning in a park full of our green friends ....trees. Deep breathing helps to intake a good supply of oxygen. We need to take in abundant of this pure air for our lungs, heart and brain..People having asthma or bronchial problems should refrain from polluted air . They should wear a face mask to avoid inhalation of  impure air.

YOGA and MEDITATION are extremely popular these days!! Both can be monitored from the comfort of your home. Yoga makes your body flexible and is a perfect health tonic for your mind. The benefits of meditation are endless ...both rejuvenate the internal organs of the body . Meditation balances stress hormones in the brain and maintains normal levels of " dopamine and serotonin" Increased or decreased chemicals are responsible for various psychiatric problems.

EXERCISE is a must for good health . Take time out for a 15 minute brisk walk in the park . You may do the treadmill or jogging alternatively.
Walking is good for the heart and blood circulation. It tones up the body and muscles, good for the bones and your physical wellness.


Stay away from  addiction of any type. It's  ok to drink moderately...but too much of alcohol is harmful for you..Tobacco , smoking or chewing paan is harmful in the long run..These can cause cancer and other health problems. Never make it a habit !!! . Habits die hard . .so refrain from these addictions.
Rest is best !! Be active but when your body signals tiredness, take a nap. Just a 15 minute break will bounce you back to  activity!! Try it any time of the day if you are on a weekend break..
A plant based food is always better than meat or poultry...have a diet high in roughage . Your bowels will function well .Your constipation will disappear ..Green tea has antioxidants and proven to delay ageing . .


Be like the owl .. Wise and careful..Health is in our own hands...so folks , take utmost care of yourself....be ever HEALTHY..WEALTHY..AND WISE !!!!
