HOW WE SHOULD HELP OURSELVES TO KEEP

 HEALTHY..WEALTHY...AND..WISE.

Our body is made up of 5 elements of nature..
-Earth...water....fire....air....and space. We should  understand  these elements to understand the laws of nature and resort to yoga to attain optimum health, power, knowledge, wisdom and happiness. To strike the right balance between nature and your body ....take plenty of pure water ,inhale more oxygen with the help of deep breathing...do regular yoga and meditation. Mild to moderate exercise. Having a good balanced diet which includes a vegetarian diet in the form of green leafy vegetables....we all know  chillies are bad.
...so avoid spicy food...add to this, proper rest and sleep....and you will lead a healthy  life!!!


PURE WATER......

1) Our body constitutes about 70% of the water ensure you  get plenty of fresh..clean water according to the demands of your body.
Water removes toxins and waste products from the body .The excretory system is cleaned
by water. Also your body temperature is kept
being regulated by a good intake of water. Our skin is the largest organ of our body...to help it release toxins by way of sweat ....is taken care of by water consumption.



2) OXYGEN IS LIFE.....

Oxygen is required for every cell and organ of the body....OXYGEN is life..and required for the metabolism of the body. The air around us should be pure. A polluted  environment is most dangerous for our lungs..polluted air causes all the lung diseases....It is advisable to visit the park early morning to avoid dust and fumes generated by vehicles.  Deep breathing exercises help the  lungs to function well.Specially people with asthma and chronic bronchitis. Deep breathing also improves brain
function....as  oxygen is essential for brain cells

YOGA AND MEDITATION..

3) These are the perfect health tonics for mind and and body. Both yoga and meditation go hand in hand to relieve you of tension and stress..yoga is very popular these days...."yoga per day....will keep the pill away !!"...Yoga benefits you in many ways....Yoga increases blood circulation to our internal organs and even O2 reaches our innermost arteries .try meditation ...it will reduce stress hormones in the brain which register a spike with tension.
Increase or decrease in level of these toxins
are responsible for various pyschological and psychiatric problems. Many of us do not find the time for meditation....we rather catch up on our sleep over the weekends...but I suggest
push yourself into healthy activity.

EXERCISE.

4) This is a must for good health..so make time for a brisk walk and cardiorespiratory exercises like jogging or using a treadmill. These exercises  yield enormous benefits in terms of mood...health....weight and the ability
to lead a fulfilling life.A four to five km.walk is necessary..a brisk walk is better. Also your blood pressure , cholesterol and blood sugar improve. Exercise also makes the body strong as it's immune system will improve ....the body fat will reduce...it prevents cancer of the colon 
...prostrate and breast. 



GO VEGETARIAN. 

5) A plant based diet is always better than meats and poultry. It is high in fibre and unsaturated fat. A diet rich in roughage content prevents  constipation and safeguards
from gastrointestinal cancers. Saturated fat causes high cholesterol and leads to clogging of arteries, resulting in heart problems.A vegetarian diet is also good for diabetics...Green tea is also a good source of antioxidant...this can delay aging. Vegetarians must ensure that they eat a proper balanced diet



REST IS BEST..

6) Adequate rest and sleep is a damage control measure for a fatigued body and brain. While in in a state of fatigue,  a person's working efficiency and intellectual activity are sluggish 
A tired mind and body also has outbreaks of violence as he is irritable and easily provoked. For peace of mind , sound mental health and proper rest and sleep ....upto 8 hours a day of sleep is a MUST. Sleep deficiency is linked to increased heart risk , kidney problems , high BP and diabetese.

AVOID ADDICTIONS.

7) Tobacco , alcohol and other addictions affect our physical and mental health.Smoking increases chances of lung cancer while oral mucosa cancer is more common amongst tobacco chewers. Alcohol pushes up chances of liver cirrhoses and gastritis and causes deficiency of vitamin B.....tobacco , alcohol and drugs could cause psychological problems.
They say "HABITS  DIE HARD"...but one should realize that HEALTH is more important than the taste of your tongue..Cancer has become so common in these modern times ...and it shatters a person just by the thought.....is it worth being indisciplined in life???...GIVE IT A THOUGHT !!!..STAY HEALTHY STAY BLESSED.!!
